Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what is and isn't allowed when using the applications operated by Wavelength Studios LLC ("Wavelength," "we," "us," or "our"), including Sinai AI (the "Services"). It is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it as our products and the law evolve.

The principle: Create with content you have the right to use, don't target or harm real people, and keep it legal. We enforce these rules to keep the Services safe and welcome on every platform.

1. You must have the rights to your input

You may only upload photos and other input that you own or have the necessary rights, consents, and permissions to use. You are responsible for the input you provide and for the output you create and share.

3. Disclosure of AI-generated content

Output is synthetic and generated by AI. Where you share it, you must not present it as a genuine recording of real events or people, and you must comply with any applicable laws requiring AI content to be labelled as such.

4. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, review, remove, or refuse content; limit, suspend, or terminate accounts; and report activity to the relevant authorities, where we reasonably believe this Policy, our Terms, or the law has been violated. We cooperate with lawful requests relating to child-safety and other serious harms.

5. Reporting abuse

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this Policy, please report it to support@wavelengthstudio.net. We take child-safety reports especially seriously and act on them promptly.
